When you promote the right person, you want to set them up for success. Level Up is a one-on-one coaching program for newly promoted leaders—especially those with potential, but limited experience. Through weekly coaching over several months, I help your leader gain clarity, build leadership confidence, and deliver results in their new role. This program also supports their manager by easing the pressure of onboarding, while aligning the leader’s development with your company’s culture, expectations, and priorities.
